The Purdue Animation Comic and Game Association was established in 2012 by a group of passionate undergraduate students who love Anime and Mega. It is a non-profit and non-government affiliated organization. The purpose of PACGA is to provide Asian-subculture-based services and events (primarily comics, games, and Japanese anime/manga relevant) to Purdue students, so as to promote multicultural understanding and exchange, as well as providing a social platform for the enlarging group of people sharing the same interests to communicate in Purdue University. For this purpose, PACGA shall develop a comfortable and interest-professional environment for members to immerse in, to communicate, to enhance friendship and to enrich their student life at Purdue.
